  • Coordinated the content of the School Improvement Plan to reflect the curricular needs and goals of the school and establish goals that reflect current data and staff development needs.
  • Conduct monthly School Advisory Council meetings that are informational and substantive regarding the status of the implementation of the SIP with reports from each department head.
